Tänään tyhjensin taas yhden muuttolaatikon.

Tätä urotyötä ei pidä vähätellä: sitä edelsi kylpyhuoneen kaapiston purkaminen ja uudelleenkokoaminen. Vuokraisäntä oli nimittäin laittanut kaapiston hyllyt paikalleen väärinpäin - niin että hyllyt kallistuivat kohti lavuaaria ja kaikki mitä kaappiin sijoitti, tippui alas heti kun oven avasi.

Kylpyhuoneen lattialla yli kuukauden viihtynyt ryönä-, pesuaine-, ynnä meikkilaatikko on nyt kovalla työllä siivottu ja sisältö järjestelty. Osa tavaroista oli oleskellut mainitussa laatikossa aina Lummetieltä asti - sen jälkeen kun ei ole kertaakaan ollut riittävää kaappitilaa kylpyhuoneessa.

Nyt voin aamulla hampaita pestessäni avata peilioven ja tyytyväisenä tuijotella pölyyntyviä kynsilakanpoistoainepulloja, käyttämättömiä silmämeikinpoistoaineita, kuivahtaneita huulipunia ja muita järjettömän olennaisia tarvikkeita joita laatikkoon ehti vuosien varrella kertyä.

Eiliset tutustumisbileet jatkuivat savuisessa baarissa pitkälle yli puolenyön. Aamulla sain raittiuteni palkaksi jyskyttävän päänsäryn. Olo oli kuin pahimmassa krapulassa. Johtui varmaan tupakansavusta. Lakipykälistä ei nimittäin olla konservatoriolaisten vakiobaarissa kauhean tarkkoja.

Heräsin siis aamukuudelta janoon, päänsärkyyn ja pahoinvointiin. Taidan mieluummin viettää iltoja sointuanalyysin parissa jos sosiaalisen elämän hinta on näin epämiellyttävä.

Raahauduin konservatoriolle jo kahdeksaksi - ei ollut parempaakaan tekemistä - ja tein vapaan säestyksen läksyni. Tunti oli kymmeneltä, ja vastoin kaikkia odotuksia sain kehuja edistymisestäni vaikken ole harjoitellut yli viikkoon laisinkaan.

Vielä on jäljellä säveltapailun kaksoistunti, jolta lintsaisin jos kehtaisin. Säveltapailussa käydään läpi asioita jotka olen osannut jo pitkään - lauletaan intervalleja ja tehdään helppoja diktaatteja. Tunnilla istuminen on turhauttavan tylsää, mutta on siitäkin merkintä saatava. Voi olla - toivottavasti - että kurssin loppupuolella tulee mukaan jotain uutta ja/tai vaikeaa.

Kävin eilen Pauanteella. Räpsin Annin isän digikameran täyteen kuvia ja laitoin niistä suurimman osan näkyvillekin. Ei mitään taidetta, kunhan huvikseni.

Tänään luvassa työelämätietoutta, nuotinnosta, soitinrakennusta ja kallonkutistusta. Jos vingun päälääkärille tarpeeksi säälittävästi, antaakohan se ilmaisia lääkkeitä? Eilen alkoi muinaissuomalaisen musiikin ja impron tunnilla olla vähän sellainen olo että lääkkeet olisi tosi kiva juttu. Olin vähällä saada täysimittaisen hysteerisen kohtauksen ilman mitään rationaalista syytä. Toisaalta - vielä syksyllä romahdin jos olin ilman kivoja valkoisia pillereitä viisi päivää. Puolitoista kuukautta on aika saavutus. Tai sitten se on vain typerää.
